Ashkaan is a post-doc in Jessica Green’s lab at the University of Oregon. His research combines computational and experimental tools to understand how complex ecological systems form, change through time and collapse and he used these approaches to investigate the global variation in the Z. marina microbiome using the ZEN2 dataset.
