Paper of possible interest: Exploring interactions of plant microbiomes

Just got alterned to this new (open access) paper that seems like it should be of interest to the Seagrass Microbiome project: Scientia Agricola – Exploring interactions of plant microbiomes.  It has some useful summaries of work that has been done on plant microbiomes.

About Jonathan Eisen

I am an evolutionary biologist and a Professor at U. C. Davis. (see my lab site here). My research focuses on the origin of novelty (how new processes and functions originate). To study this I focus on sequencing and analyzing genomes of organisms, especially microbes and using phylogenomic analysis
